RETURN POLICY Our goal is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will refund your purchase less shipping charges. Please email us at returns@jeluxury.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - items must be returned in original packaging within ten days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside packaging to ensure a prompt refund. We recommend insuring your return because Jeluxury.com is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. Returns should be mailed to: Jeluxury 554 N. We will use the email address you provide to us for confirmation of your internet order or correspondence relating to your order. Information you have provided such as name, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, email address(es), credit card information for processing and shipping your orders will be used exclusively to process your order. Your information is never shared or sold. PAYMENT METHODS Jeluxury accepts payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card payments are processed in our secure, SSL protected shopping cart. You credit card information is safe and will never be shared. SHIPPING & HANDLING We ship through USPS priority mail. All orders are automatically shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. For USPS we charge a flat rate of $7.00 within the continental US and $10.00 for Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00pm Eastern will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 1:00pm Eastern will begin processing the following day.
The standard method for shipping is USPS Priority Mail for delivery within 2-6 days. If you need to expedite your order, choose USPS Express Mail for delivery within 1-2 days. All US orders will automatically be shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. Jeluxury offers free shipping on any order over $100 within the contiguous United States.

We do not make or manufacture our jewelry. All products our products are imported and we provide no warranty, either implied or written. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the items you ordered, we will make every effort to refund or replace the ordered item.
Do you repair jewelry?
No, we do not repair jewelry; we suggest contacting your local jewelry store for repairs.

Do you offer insurance for our order?

How should I care for my jewelry? - Always wash your hands before putting on your jewelry
- Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, hairspray, make-up, lotions or other chemical substances. Even body oils can contaminate your jewelry.
- Remove your rings before cooking, doing dishes, laundry and before swimming. Chlorine and dish soaps can damage your jewelry.
- Be careful not to drop or bang something hard on glass jewelry. We recommend not wearing heavy glass jewelry for a prolonged period of time.
- Make sure your jewelry is dry when you put it away. Moisture can cause springs and clasps to weaken or corrode over time.
- Store jewelry individually in their boxes separate from other jewelry. Don’t jumble them in the same case or jewelry box. If you do not have separate boxes or cases, wrap the item in a tissue paper and keep in a small bag.
- Clean your lovely pieces with a soft cloth when needed or take them to a jeweler.
- Remember the Golden Rule for wearing jewelry: Jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
