Iris Apfel is a design iconoclast with a remarkable offbeat taste in clothing and accessories. She always makes bold statement with striking color combinations and oversize accessories. She gives new meanings to ethnic and exotic jewelry. I like her principle of mixing high and low and dressing for oneself. I personally think she was an African queen in another life for her use of jewelry.
