I was born in Togo, Africa to a loving mother with a fabulous sense of style and extraordinary business acumen, who laid the ground work for me and my business. Her accessory business resulted in many buying trips abroad to exotic locales such as India, Guinea, England, Seoul, Ivory Coast and Paris and exposed me to the incredible beauty and grace offered by various cultures. It was this cross-cultural revelation in fashion that encouraged me to develop my own sense of style and confidently integrate it into my jewelry business.

After graduating from University of Maryland University College with a degree in Human Resources and Business Administration and working as a Licensed Practical Nurse, I realized that I was not happy unless I was passionate about my work - so Jeluxury.com was born.
